What Counter Strike Game Taught Me about Blogging

I am big fan of the game ‘Counter Strike’ and most probably, if you are a bit into the gaming world you must have played it as well. But don’t worry if you have not played it – it is a kind of a military game in which you are the leader of a military team, have to give orders to your team on how to work and have to kill all the terrorists out there & save the hostages.
It’s all normal. Hmm, you are right. It is simple. But last night, when I was playing this game, my mind started working to see the way on how we won & terrorists lose. Every time we (our team in the game) won, it was the result of the three simple things that were:
1. Proper Strategy
2. Proper Execution
3. Proper Team Work
Think from the point of view of ‘BLOGGING’, is it not the way on how we should deal with our blog to make it a success?
Yes, it is the same way on how we should deal with our blog. Three simple things to our blog’s success:
a) Having a Proper strategy: Yes, we need to develop proper strategies for everything around our blog. SEO, Social Media, Content Creation, Traffic Generation and all. Have a definite strategy for everything around your blog and your chances of success increases by a large percentage.
b) Proper Execution of the Strategy: Proper execution of the strategy is as important as creating a strategy or I would say even more important than it. Do ensure that all the strategies are being implemented in a way it should be. Do Measure deviations & try to fix it ASAP.
c) Dedicated Team Work: Make sure you select the right person for the right job. It is one of the important decisions to be taken and it will largely affect the outcome as well. Select the candidate on the basis of their expertise, experience, & interest. It will produce awesome results.
Do take care about all the above points, and hopefully your blogging journey will surely be a success story.
